Champagne and Canapés Capsule

Enjoy a gourmet selection of beautifully presented canapés created by Rhubarb Food Design and accompanied with a glass of Pommery Brut Royale Champagne per person. All served to you by a London Eye host.

The Champagne and Canapés Capsule includes:

• 30 minutes on the London Eye
• Glass of Pommery Brut Royale Champagne per person
• 120 piece canapé menu
• Mineral water and orange juice
• Dedicated London Eye host
• Priority boarding

The Canapés menu includes:

• Cornish crab with watercress on a mini sour dough base
• Pepper, potted smoked mackerel with apple jelly served on a croute
• Grilled courgettes with Sussex goats cheese and sun blushed tomatoes
• Baby beetroot with caper, lemon and chive crème fraiche
• Smoked duck breast with honeyed pickled walnuts and shredded crispy little gem lettuce
• Aberdeen angus beef batons with horseradish mousse with a soft mini Yorkshire pudding

Additional hospitality can be added on per item basis:

• Pommery Brut Royale Champagne - £65.00 per bottle
• Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir - £40.00 per bottle
• Pommery Rose Champagne - £85.00 per bottle

The Champagne and Canapés Capsule is available from 23rd July - 17th August 2012 and from 29th August - 9th September 2012. We have expended opening hours from 27th July - 12th August 2012 when we are open from 10am to 12am daily.

All packages are designed for 20 people per capsule.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Terms and Conditions
Bookings of 1-3 capsules will require 100% payment at time of booking.
Bookings of 4 or more capsules made prior to 29th February 2012 will require 40% deposit at the time of booking and 60% at the end of February 2012.
Bookings of 4 or more capsules made after 1st March 2012 will require 100% payment at time of booking.
Payments for all ticket types and bookings for Private Capsule packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.
