You already receive free entry to the EDF Energy London Eye, so you will not need to join the main queue for purchasing tickets. Simply join the boarding queue where your pass will be scanned.

Standard Merlin Annual Pass restrictions:
Use of a Standard Individual Merlin Annual Pass is subject to attraction operating calendars and the following restrictions; No entry from 27th July to 31st August at the EDF Energy London Eye, no entry during the month of August at SEA LIFE London Aquarium, London Dungeon and Madame Tussauds London. No entry to the EDF Energy London Eye on 14th February. No entry from 29th to 31st October at the EDF Energy London Eye and London Dungeon. A £5 event fee applies during Frights Nights, other events are also subject to an event fee. Attraction parking fees are not included. When collecting your Merlin Annual Pass at the London Eye all family members must be present or one guest must provide with passport photos of all the family members for each pass to be made otherwise you will not be able to collect them.

We would advise guests collecting their Merlin Annual Pass from us to arrive either early morning or early evening to avoid the queues during school holidays.

*Family pass options can include no more than three guests aged 12 years old or older.
