A Merlin Premium Annual Pass is valid for 12 months’ from date of issue, subject to attraction operating calendars.
When collecting your Merlin Annual Pass at the London Eye guests must provide passport photos for each pass to be made otherwise you will not be able to collect them.
We would advise guests collecting their Merlin Annual Pass from us to arrive either early morning or early evening to avoid the queues during school holidays.
