When collecting your Merlin Annual Pass at the London Eye all family members must be present or one guest must provide with passport photos of all the family members for each pass to be made otherwise you will not be able to collect them.

We would advise guests collecting their Merlin Annual Pass from us to arrive either early morning or early evening to avoid the queues during school holidays.
