Checking in at The Merlin Entertainments London Eye
Standard Flight
All standard flight guests wishing to see the new 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked flight time.
If your tickets have been posted please go straight to the 4D entrance queue.
If you are collecting tickets you can use a ticket dispensing machine – simply swipe the card used for payment and your tickets will be printed along with any vouchers for souvenirs or other attractions. Please allow 10 minutes for this.
If you are collecting tickets without the payment card please go to the pre-paid Ticket Collection desk. Please allow 10 minutes for this.
Private Capsule (including Cupid’s Capsule)
One member of the group should check-in at the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Once the whole group is ready, the capsule host will escort the group through the Fast Track entrance bypassing most of the queue.
You will be issued a complimentary ticket for the new 4D Experience when you check in for you to enjoy at your leisure after your flight on the London Eye.
Should you wish to see the 4D Experience before your private capsule flight, please check-in 45 minutes before your flight time. You will need to return to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
Fast Track tickets
Please come to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Your tickets will be issued along with your guidebooks and you will be directed to the Fast Track entrance to The London Eye.

If you wish to see the new 4D Experience before your flight, we recommend you check-in 45 minutes before your flight time. Alternately visit at your leisure after your flight.
Champagne Flight, Mulled Wine Flight, Pimm's Flight
Please come to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Your tickets will be issued and you will meet your capsule host. You will be escorted to the Fast Track entrance to The London Eye.

If you wish to see the new 4D Experience before your flight, we recommend you check-in 45 minutes before your flight time. You will need to return to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Alternately visit at your leisure after your flight on the London Eye.
Group and schools bookings
If you have tickets already and wish to see the new 4D Experience you would need to join the 4D entrance queue with the tickets 45 minutes prior to your booked flight time.
If the group is larger than 25 guests then please be prepared to use more than one capsule.
If collecting tickets, one member of the group should go to the Group and Disabled Check-in Desk. You should allow approximately 10 minutes for this.
School Discovery flight tickets can be collected from the Priority Check-in desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. The capsule host will escort you to The London Eye.
Should you wish see the 4D Experience before your private capsule flight, you should allow 45 minutes to do so and then check-in for your private capsule flight as usual; 15 minutes before your flight time
Disabled tickets
Tickets can be collected from Group and Disabled desk. Please show your tickets to a member of staff to ensure the correct level of service.
If you wish to see the new 4D Experience you would need to join the 4D entrance queue with your tickets 45 minutes prior to your booked flight time.
Theatre tickets/other attraction tickets
Tickets for other attractions, river transfers, restaurants and theatres must be collected from The London Eye (unless a postal option has been selected.)
All souvenir vouchers are to be redeemed at the London Eye from any retail point.
