Where do I collect my tickets for the other products that I have in my booking?
If you did not elect to have your tickets posted, you will need to collect all tickets from the London Eye Ticket Office before proceeding to the other attractions, restaurants, hotel, theatre, etc.
How do we prebook our vouchers bought from the London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium or Madame Tussauds?
You are unable to prebook these vouchers and would need to exchange the voucher for a boarding pass on the day for a standard ticket. Please remember to join the boarding queue 30 minutes prior to your experience time.
How far apart should I book my London Eye ticket and River Cruise?
Timescale examples:
River Cruise first:
11:15am : collect River Cruise and London Eye Tickets from ticket dispensing machines
11:30am : board River Cruise
11:45am : River Cruise Departs
12:30pm : River Cruise returns and join London Eye boarding queue
1:00pm : board London Eye
1:30pm : disembark off the London Eye
London Eye first:
11:15am : collect River Cruise and London Eye Tickets from ticket dispensing machines
11:30am : join London Eye boarding queue
12:00pm : board London Eye
12:30pm : disembark off the London Eye and board the River Cruise
12:45pm : River Cruise Departs
13:30pm : River Cruise returns
Please note: If you have booked a combination London Eye and London Eye River Cruise ticket, the time chosen when booking and stated on your booking confirmation is for your River Cruise. Your London Eye ticket is a Flexi Flight and can be used anytime during the day.
Can I upgrade my combination ticket to include a Fast Track ticket?
Yes. You can upgrade your combination ticket on the day at the London Eye by visiting the Fast Track Desk in the London Eye Ticket Office in County Hall.
What happens if I loose or forget my issued tickets or vouchers?
Combination tickets: If you loose or forget a combination ticket on the day of the visit, we are unable to re-issue the ticket and a new booking will need to be made and paid for at the appropriate attraction. Please note that we would not refund all/part of your combination ticket in these instances.
Gift Vouchers: If you loose a gift voucher, we are unable to re-issue the voucher and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. If you forget a gift voucher on the day of the visit, we are unable to process your booking and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. Please note that your Gift Vouchers would not be refunded in these instances.
How does a combined EDF Energy London Eye ticket with another attraction work?
When booking a combination ticket through the London Eye, the date you select is for your London Eye visit. Your other attraction visits are valid for 30 days from your London Eye visit date and can be used at any time during their opening hours within this period.
Combination tickets include priority entrance at Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE London Aquarium, and standard entrance at the London Dungeon.
