How many people need to be in a group?
In order to qualify as a group, there needs to be a total of 15 people in your party.
Is there coach parking at the London Eye?
If you are bringing a group by coach or by disabled minibus, you will need to book a coach parking bay in advance of your arrival.
This service is free, but space is limited. Your booking gives you twenty minutes to drop off and pick up your group. You are not permitted to use the coach parking bays whilst your group visits the London Eye. Where do we collect our group tickets?
If collecting tickets, one member of the group should go to the Group and Disabled Desk. You should allow approximately 10 minutes for this.
Should we upgrade to a Private Capsule?
Booking a private capsule will guarantee your group all stay together on your London Eye experience. You will also receive priority entrance and a complimentary London Eye Experience mini guide for each guest. Each Private Capsule on the London Eye can accommodate up to 25 people.
What happens if I lose or forget my issued tickets or vouchers?
Gift Vouchers: If you lose a gift voucher, we are unable to re-issue the voucher and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. If you forget a gift voucher on the day of the visit, we are unable to process your booking and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. Please note that your Gift Vouchers would not be refunded in these instances.
Trade Vouchers: If you lose or forget a trade voucher on the day of the visit, we are unable to process your booking and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. Please note that the tickets purchased on the day would not be refunded by the London Eye, even if you can produce the trade voucher at a later time.
Complimentary tickets: If you lose or forget your complimentary tickets on the day of the visit, we are unable to process your booking and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. Please note that the tickets purchased on the day will not be refunded, even if you can produce the complimentary tickets at a later time.
Combination tickets: If you lose or forget a combination ticket on the day of the visit, we are unable to re-issue the ticket and a new booking will need to be made and paid for at the appropriate attraction. Please note that we would not refund all/part of your combination ticket in these instances.
All other tickets: If you lose or forget a ticket on the day of the visit, we are unable to re-issue the ticket and a new booking will need to be made and paid for. Please note that the tickets purchased on the day will not be refunded, even if you can produce the tickets at a later time.
