Where do I collect my order from the online shop?
If you have selected the 'collect at attraction' delivery option, please collect your items from the London Eye retail point inside the main Ticket Office in County Hall.
Do I have to visit the London Eye?
No. You can buy online and have your items posted to you, or you can visit our Official Shop (located next to the London Eye) without going on the London Eye.
Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
You can email us on officialshop@londoneye.com if you have an enquiry regarding your order or to make a special request. We aim to respond to all correspondance within 24 hours.
Can I change my order or get a refund?
You can change your order by emailing officialshop@londoneye.com however once your order has been processed it cannot be changed. For a refund, please email us at the same address, explaining your reason for requiring a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email officialshop@londoneye.com with details of the damage. A replacement will be sent in the post.
