Private Capsules FAQs
How many guests are there in a capsule?
Private Capsules would have a maximum of 25 guests (however this does vary for experience capsules). All capsules require the minimum of three adults over 18 years.
Where do we check in for our Private Capsule?
As a private capsule customer, you only need to check in 15 minutes prior to your experience at the Priority Desk inside our ticket office in County Hall. Each guest will receive a complimentary mini-guide. You and your party will be escorted across to the London Eye by a member of our dedicated customer service team, where you will enjoy priority boarding bypassing most of the queue.
You will be issued complimentary tickets for the new 4D Cinema Experience when you check in for you to enjoy at your leisure after your experience on the London Eye.
Can I book food and drink with my private capsule?
A private capsule can be enhanced with a range of hospitality options. All food and drink must be supplied and served by the London Eye. The full range of experience hospitality options can be found in the Private Capsules section. Hospitality options can be combined to include food and beverages. To discuss your requirements please contact our Corporate Events team.
How long before our Private Capsule should we check in?
If you wish to see the new 4D Cinema Experience before your experience, we recommend you arrive 45 minutes before your time slot. You will need to return to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Alternatively, visit the 4D Cinema Experience at their leisure after their experience on the day. The Cinema opens at 10am and closes 15 minutes prior to the last experience of the day.
Does there need to be a host in the Cupid’s Capsule?
The host is compulsory because there needs to be a minimum of three adults over the age of 18 years in the capsule . Our hosts are well trained and very discreet.
Is there a non alcoholic option for the Cupid’s Capsule?
Yes, we will gladly substitute the Champagne and the champagne truffles for a non-alcoholic option. Please either contact our booking line or corporate events with your reference number to let us know that you require the non alcoholic option. Please note this does not alter the price.
