Private Capsules would have a maximum of 25 guests (however this does vary for experience capsules).

If there are adverse weather conditions, how do I know if the London Eye, River Cruise or Eyeskate (seasonal) is operational?

The EDF Energy London Eye will always endeavour to be open. We sometimes unfortunately do need to close due to adverse weather conditions, but this is very rare.

If you are unsure if the London Eye, River Cruise or Eyeskate (seasonal) is operating, please call our free service update number before travelling on +44 (0)800 093 0123.

When the London Eye, River Cruise or Eyeskate closes we continually monitor the situation. Should the London Eye, River Cruise or Eyeskate re-open your ticket would be valid.

Please note that tickets for other attractions, river transfers, restaurants and theatres will still be valid regardless of the London Eye, River Cruise or Eyeskate closure.

Does a Fast Track ticket or priority entry give me immediate entry?

Our priority service intends to minimise the boarding time by inviting guests to skip our pre-board area when it is open. During busy times (especially the middle of the day during school holidays and weekends) we anticipate it will take approximately 15 minutes.
