How can I use my 2-4-1/ Promotional voucher online?

Please read all Terms and Conditions of your 2-4-1/promotional voucher thoroughly prior to your arrival, as not all vouchers are accepted at the EDF Energy London Eye and might include exclusion dates/times.

Most vouchers can only be used when purchasing full priced adult tickets on the day at the London Eye.

Please note that your promotional or 2-4-1 vouchers unfortunately can not be used in conjunction with any online or telephone bookings and can not be used with any other promotional offers or deals.

Do you accept Leisure Vouchers?

We do accept Leisure vouchers when purchasing your tickets on the day. Please note that Leisure vouchers can only be used to purchase entrance tickets. Leisure Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards EDF Energy London Eye tickets.

Please be aware that if the total cost of the tickets is a lower value to your vouchers, we cannot give you any change or vouchers in exchange. Therefore, for example if you have 3 vouchers with a £10.00 value each and the tickets cost £21.00, than we would suggest that you only use two vouchers (equalling to £20.00) and add £1 coin.

Do you accept London Passes?

We unfortunately do not accept the London Pass here at EDF Energy London Eye.
