Ticket collection at the EDF Energy London Eye
Standard Ticket
All standard ticket guests wishing to see the new 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked time slot. If you do not wish to see the 4D Experience before your experience, please proceed to the boarding platform with your tickets 30 minutes before your experience. You may also visit the 4D Experience after your experience if you choose not to do this before.
If you are collecting tickets please go to the pre-paid Ticket Collection desk. Please allow 10 minutes for this.
Private Capsule (including Cupid’s Capsule)
One member of the group should go to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Once the whole group is ready, the capsule host will escort the group through the Fast Track entrance bypassing most of the queue.
You will be issued a complimentary ticket for the new 4D Experience for you to enjoy at your leisure before or after your experience on the London Eye.
Should you wish to see the 4D Experience before your private capsule, please proceed to the Priority Desk 45 minutes before your experience. You will need to return to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot.
Fast Track tickets
Please come to the Fast Track Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Your tickets will be issued along with your guidebooks and you will be directed to the Fast Track entrance to The London Eye.
(Please do not attempt to use a ticket dispensing machine)
If you wish to see the new 4D Experience before your experience, we recommend you proceed to the Priority Desk 45 minutes before your time slot. Alternately visit at your leisure after your experience.
Champagne Experience, Mulled Wine Experience, Pimm's Experience
Please come to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Your tickets will be issued and you will meet your capsule host. You will be escorted to the Fast Track entrance to the EDF Energy London Eye.

Group and schools bookings
If you have tickets already and wish to see the new 4D Experience you would need to join the 4D entrance queue with the tickets 45 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If the group is larger than 25 guests then please be prepared to use more than one capsule.
If collecting tickets, one member of the group should go to the Group and Disabled Desk. You should allow approximately 10 minutes for this.
School Discovery Experience tickets can be collected from the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot. The capsule host will escort you to the EDF Energy London Eye.
Should you wish see the 4D Experience before your private capsule, you should allow 45 minutes to do so and then proceed to the Priority Desk for your private capsule as usual; 15 minutes before your time slot.
Disabled tickets
Tickets can be collected from Group and Disabled Desk. Please show your tickets to a member of staff to ensure the correct level of service.
If you wish to see the new 4D Experience you would need to join the 4D entrance queue with your tickets 45 minutes prior to your booked time slot.
Combination tickets/Merlin Annual Passes/other venues
Tickets for other attractions, river transfers, Merlin Annual Passes, restaurants and theatres must be collected from the London Eye (unless a postal option has been selected.)
All souvenir vouchers are to be redeemed at the London Eye from any retail point.
Flexi tickets
Flexi Standard ticket guests wishing to see the new 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets prior to their experience.
To collect your tickets please proceed to our Ticket Office where your tickets will be printed along with any vouchers for souvenirs or other attractions. Please allow 10 minutes for this.
If you are collecting tickets without the payment card please go to the pre-paid Ticket Collection desk. Please allow 10 minutes for this.
Flexi Fast Track guests should come to the Fast Track Desk prior to your experience. Your tickets will be issued along with your guidebooks and you will be directed to the Fast Track entrance to the EDF Energy London Eye.
If you wish to see the new 4D Experience, we recommend you visit before your experience. Alternately visit at your leisure after your experience.
London Eye River Cruise
If you are collecting tickets just for the London Eye River Cruise, please collect these from the London Eye Millenium Pier located immediately to the right of the London Eye. Your tickets will need to be collected 20 minutes prior to your booked cruise time.
If you are collecting tickets for the London Eye River Cruise with another attraction or venue, please collect your tickets from the London Eye Ticket Office located inside County Hall.
