Tea Party Time this Easter at the London Eye

This Easter, and over the school holidays, the EDF Energy London Eye is inviting guests to London’s most iconic landmark to come and join in all the fun of this year’s Easter tea party.
For families there is the added fun of helping the Easter Bunny find his favourite tea set. In all the excitement of making sure his garden looks just perfect for his annual tea party the Easter Bunny has forgotten where he has put all the pieces. His guests will be arriving soon and he really needs help to find the missing pieces. Visitors to the EDF Energy London Eye are invited to spot the eight missing tea set items hidden across the landscape. One special tea cup can only be seen from the London Eye, so be sure to look out for it when you visit!
From Friday 8th April the EDF Energy London Eye will be giving one lucky winner a family ticket to enjoy on Easter Monday. To be in with the chance of winning visitors will need to tweet pictures of all the Easter Bunny’s lost tea set items to @thelondoneye referencing #easterlondoneye.
The EDF Energy London Eye will also be giving visitors an activity pack which will include some handy hints and tips to help find all the missing pieces of the Easter Bunny’s tea set. This will be given to all guests from the 8th-25th April.
There is no better way to take in the spring time views of the capital than whilst enjoying an experience on the EDF Energy London Eye. Ideal for a group of friends, an Afternoon Tea Capsule includes a host who serves a selection of delicious sandwiches, freshly baked scones and scrumptious cakes, served with a selection of different teas, coffee and fruit juice.
Having taken in London’s panoramic views from 135m above the city guests can enjoy the London Eye River Cruise, which offers the opportunity to experience London’s South Bank from a different perspective. Visitors can sit on the top deck to enjoy the spring sunshine whilst on the 40 minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with fascinating live commentary that brings the city to life, presented by specialist guides.
New this year, available to all chocolate lovers is the Chocolate Tasting Experience. During the spring season on April 9th and April 23rd at 4pm visitors will be able to indulgence in 8 luxury Green & Blacks chocolates as their host serves them a variety of chocolate tastes from Madagascan vanilla to cherries and roasted almonds. Ideal to enjoy as a couple or with a group of friends, this new experience to the London Eye is not one to miss.
With every ticket purchased, visitors also get free entry into the EDF Energy London Eye 4D Experience. The experience showcases a film containing the first ever 3D aerial photography over London, as well as live effects like wind, snow and bubbles, for a truly four dimensional experience.
