Opening times
Please note that the Eye Lounge is open daily at the following times:
Monday to Friday – 11:30am – 17:30 (last orders at 17:15)
Saturday – 11:30am – 20:00 (last orders at 19:45)
Sundays: 12:00pm – 20:00 (last orders at 19:45)
The Eye Lounge may also be closed for operational reasons during these times. If you would like to visit the Eye Lounge, please ask a member of staff on the day for further information.
Directions
Enter the main London Eye ticket office on the Southbank and follow the corridor round to the right. Once you have passed the VIP Experiences area take the stairs on the left. Once upstairs, head down the corridor and the Eye Lounge will be right in front of you!

Whilst we can offer limited wheelchair access to the Eye Lounge, we’d ask all our guests to contact us in advance to discuss any additional mobility requirements & needs; this so that we can best support your guest journey on the day.
