- Anyone wishing to visit will need to pre-book a ticket in advance, this includes promotional offers / vouchers

How to locate your voucher code?
- Most promotional vouchers will have a code printed on the voucher, usually towards the bottom - it will generally begin with the letter ‘V’ followed by a small string of numbers. Some codes may not begin with V, but will still be found near the base of the voucher and consist of a small number of numbers and/or letters.

- If you cant find the right offer for the voucher you have, please email a photo of your voucher to customer.services@londoneye.com so that we can investigate for you - we'll get back to you as soon as we're able.
- Please make sure you bring your original voucher with you to enter the attraction with your tickets
Carer Ticket
- On the day of visit, we require a proof of carer upon arrival

On the day of your visit, we accept one of the below documentations.
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or Personal Independent payments for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
- A Blue or Orange badge, or
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
- International Proof of Disability (ISA (international symbol of access) or similar must be printed on it)
*Please note, if you are interested in one of our VIP experiences such as a Champagne experience or one of our food or drink tasting experiences, the free carer will only receive entry onto the London Eye.
