Not to worry! Our executives are trained to be discrete and keep proposals a secret, with most of our Cupid’s pods being for proposals. Guests can message us with any queries they may have directly at pods@londoneye.com
In order to provide a safe environment to all our guests we do not allow food or beverages onto the pod as there are policies regarding outside food and drinks. These measures are for health and sanitation regulations. If you would like to pre-book food or drink to elevate your experience please discuss further with your London Eye Executive.
We do not typically allow for music on the pod but please get in contact with our team for any special requests.
As the London Eye is a constant moving attraction, for safety purposes pods are not allowed to be decorated. Along with this, anything that is added into a pod has to be risk assessed and ensured it is strapped in place.
We operate Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest
