Refunds or rescheduling aren’t offered due to poor visibility or lack of sunset, so we recommend checking the forecast and booking a flexible ticket if the view is important to you.

The ride lasts about 30 minutes in a spacious, climate-controlled glass capsule that holds up to 25 people. It rotates slowly, offering uninterrupted 360° views of London’s landmarks at sunset.
