Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have made the decision to temporarily close our London attractions as a precautionary measure.

We have made this decision to protect the health and wellbeing of our guests and team, which are always our top priority. The closures, which are effective 20 March, are consistent with the Government’s guidance to prevent further outbreak.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, please refer to our websites and social channels for further updates on a date when we will reopen.

We apologise for any inconvenience this decision may cause. Our website and Twitter channel @TheLondonEye will stay up to date with the latest information.  Information for guests with existing bookings

As a result of this temporary closure, our customer experience team are helping a much higher volume of customers than normal with their enquiries. We appreciate and value your patience at this time, if you have already contacted us please rest assured that our team are endeavouring to respond to you as soon as possible.

If you have an existing booking, or have not yet contacted us, please see instructions and clarifications below which may answer some of your more immediate questions:

  • If you have booked a ticket and our attraction is closed, your ticket is valid until the end of the year (31 December 2020). Please get in touch with our team to amend your existing bookings.
  • Email us on customer.services@londoneye.com and include your Name, Booking Confirmation Number, and Phone Number, and we will follow-up with you in due course.
  • If your tickets were purchased through a third-party, we ask you to contact the company directly. If they require any information from us, please email our Guest Experience Team and we will be more than happy to help.
  • We will continue to monitor the situation closely, please refer to this web page and social channels for further updates on a date when we will reopen.
