  • Press Release

Edwin the Easter Bunny has had some terrible news: his bunny friends have escaped from their burrow, taking all of the Easter eggs with them! He needs your help to find his bunny pals (and tasty Lindt chocolate treats) at the London Eye from Saturday 5th to Monday 21st April. 135 metres high above London on ‘Edwin’s Easter Discovery Tour’ is the perfect vantage point to hunt for Edwin’s AWOL bunnies, ideal for children aged 4-9 years.

An on-board host will be on hand to assist the search efforts, and take the children through an interactive guided tour experience of our capital city. All guests will be armed with an Easter activity pack bursting with fun tasks plus a magnifying glass and official badge to help find those pesky bunnies.

For the adults, spring is the perfect time to shake off the cobwebs, get out and about and try new things with friends. Take your chocolate addiction to new heights with an appropriately Easter-y ‘Hotel Chocolat Tasting Experience’ on the London Eye. Guests can quaff refreshing Prosecco whilst enjoying a double rotation with a personal chocolate and truffle-tasting expert – and of course the finest selection of delicious Hotel Chocolat treats.

Afternoon tea is a much loved quintessential British tradition, so what better place to take yours than aboard the London Eye, the iconic British landmark boasting unparalleled 360º views of London. The ‘Afternoon Tea Experience’ will be available over the Easter period and includes a luxurious Afternoon Tea menu, Pommery Brut Royal Champagne, and an hour-long rotation on the London Eye.

Helen Bull, Marketing Director at the London Eye commented: “Easter is a time for celebration and at the London Eye we are very excited about this year’s offerings. With ‘Edwin’s Easter Discovery Tour’ perfect for families and children, and the ‘Afternoon Tea’ and ‘Hotel Chocolat Tasting Experience fantastic for the adults, there really is no other place to be this Easter.”
