The Coca-Cola London Eye is planning an extraordinary Valentine’s Day for one special couple, encouraging a budding romantic to pop the question in style – as part of its amorous celebrations this February.

Ahead of Valentine’s Day, lighting will be installed on the London Eye to illuminate it as a giant engagement ring, in classic diamond solitaire style – which will be visible from across the capital.
Stephanie Francis from the London Eye says: “We have decided to heed the words of the great Beyoncé this Valentine’s Day and have decided to ‘put a ring on it’ (the Coca-Cola London Eye). So we are encouraging Londoners-in-love who have found their match to do the same and join us this Valentine’s at one of the most romantic hotspots in the world.

“If you are thinking about getting down on one knee this Valentine’s Day and want to do it in style, then we want to talk to you. We want to help someone to deliver an unforgettably epic proposal.”
The London Eye, famed for its spectacular 360 degree views of London’s skyline has already been the location of more than 5000 proposals but this year will make Valentine’s Day extra-memorable for one lucky couple with this very special engagement surprise.

The London Eye, voted one of the most romantic destinations in the UK will be playing cupid in February, laying on a range of experiences to delight the senses. This year the ‘Only Have Eyes for You’ Cocktail Experience, Champagne River Cruise, Valentine’s Cupid’s Capsule and Champagne Experience are amongst the selection available to lovers – all served with the most breath-taking views of London.
