Get tattooed on the London Eye

  June 2026: The London Eye is about to give guests a new way to take the city home with them - permanently. This summer, the iconic landmark is partnering with the UK’s leading tattoo brand, The London Social, to create the world’s first rotating tattoo studio, open to guests for one day only. This is a truly limited-time, premium experience, where guests can get inked 135 metres above the capital while taking in 360 panoramic views.  

Guests will choose from an exclusive, limited-edition menu of fine-line, London-inspired designs featuring everything from the icons of Big Ben and the London Eye to timeless symbols such as the King’s Guard, a perfectly poured cup of tea, and the legendary London cab. All designs have been created solely for the event by the talented The London Social artists.  

Research from Hostelworld suggests tattoo memories are becoming a travel staple: over 40% of 18–35s have been inked while away, more than half say they’ve travelled abroad specifically to do it, and one in three decided on the spot mid-trip. With ‘tattourism’ on the rise, the London Eye is inviting guests to soak up the city’s iconic skyline views and leave with a flash tattoo too - an unforgettable London moment to take home with you.
