The London Social Tattoo 2 London Eye

  • Singer Kelly Osbourne and professional footballer Georgia Stanway MBE were amongst the first to get inked on the World’s first rotating tattoo studio
  • VIP guests chose from a limited-edition menu of fine-line, London-inspired designs, created by leading UK tattoo brand The London Social, in partnership with the London Eye, as the attraction leans into the rising trend of ‘tattoo tourism’
  • This experience coincides with the Great British Summer Saving (GBSS) scheme, where guests can benefit from a reduced rate of VAT on nationwide family attraction admission tickets between Thursday 25 June until 1 September 2026

Singer Kelly Osbourne and Euro winning Lioness Georgia Stanway MBE, alongside TikToker George Baggs and Love Islander Zach Noble, were among the first to experience the ‘World’s First Rotating Tattoo Studio’ on The London Eye soaring above the city skyline today.

Ahead of its one day only public opening on 2nd July, where the 32 slots available sold out in less than 24 hours, VIP guests enjoyed an exclusive first look at the London Eye’s newest experience - created in partnership with The London Social, one of the UK’s most in-demand tattoo studios.

Singer Kelly Osbourne was among the first to step into the capsule-turned-tattoo studio, with breathtaking views of London below throughout the session. Kelly paid homage to her late father Ozzy by getting his iconic round glasses tattooed on her.

Meanwhile, football icon Georgia Stanway marked her Member of the Order of the British Empire honour bestowed on her last week by His Majesty the King by getting ‘MBE’ permanently inked onto her leg before taking to the tattoo machine herself as a qualified artist and inking The London Social’s founder, Miles Langford.

Former Love Island star Zach Noble was seen browsing the limited-edition flash menu of fine-line designs inspired by the capital’s most iconic symbols – including Big Ben and the London Eye.   He was seen checking out his new ‘LDN’ tattoo in the mirror, as the capsule continued its rotation above the Thames.

British TikToker George Baggs kept the content rolling throughout his session and was seen taking a selfie with the London Social’s, Tal Booker, and opting for a bespoke London Eye design on his ankle.

With “tattoo tourism” on the rise and in line with Outlook Traveler’s research, while 33% of vacation tattoos are spontaneous, more than 50% of traveling ink enthusiasts deliberately plan trips specifically for tattoos. The London Eye is leaning into this growing trend where memories aren’t just captured on camera but carried for life, the result is a truly one-of-a-kind way to take a piece of London home - permanently.

Whether it’s a romantic date, a golden catch-up with friends, or a spontaneous treat to yourself, this summer’s sunshine and clear skies make it the perfect time to see London’s breathtaking views while soaring above the city. As the colours shift, every guest can capture their own sky-high snapshot, a cinematic moment that’s simply ‘wheely’ unforgettable. Tickets start from £35.
