This time slot will be visible on your ticket through the confirmation email or on your physical ticket. Guests who have also brought The London Eye together with the River Cruise will need to book a timeslot for The London Eye. You can easily access our booking portal through your confirmation email or here to do this. The timeslot is for queue entry not boarding. Finally, keep in mind that your The London Eye ticket consists of a 30-minute rotation and the River Cruise of a 40-minute journey. Please give yourself plenty of time to enjoy both attractions. Note: When booking The London Eye please keep in mind your selected time for the river cruise and please allow at least 15 minutes after the end of your first attraction. You have 90 days to visit the London Eye after your River Cruise visit.
