Our Standard Schools Experience includes standard entry onto The London Eye and one 30 minute rotation. Please note that you will not have a private pod and depending on group size may share with other members of the public.

The time stated on your ticket is the time you enter the standard boarding queue. There may be an additional wait from here, which in our peak times can be up to 60 minutes long. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Unfortunately we do not offer a lunch room facility at the London Eye. We are only a 2 minute walk away from Jubilee Gardens, which is a great location in the summer to go for lunch. Alternatively there are a number of spaces, cafes and restaurants in the South Bank area. The South Bank Centre located towards Embankment Bridge also has cafes and a large indoor space.

We recognize how crucial health and safety is, as well as the value of planning ahead for your visit. To assist in your preparations, we’re pleased to offer complimentary planning tickets for two teachers from your group. When making your reservations, please select the option for planning tickets. If you choose to book online, simply reach out to our team at 02079 678 020

When you arrive at the attraction for your planning visit, simply present your tickets to the admission team, along with your teacher ID to validate your tickets.

Please note that you can only book the planning tickets Mon - Fri during term time and the planning tickets are only valid for the specific date and time booked, and they cannot be transferred to another individual.

Our onsite learning resources are designed for KS2 and KS3 learners, but are flexible enough to be adapted for younger or older pupils. You can download these resources here. We also offer free classroom resources and teaching ideas - visit The London Classroom, our online teaching hub.

From £5 more per pupil, any school groups booking a visit to the London Eye can also visit one of the following local attractions - The London Eye River Cruise, SEA LIFE London Aquarium or Shrek’s Adventure. Find out more here

Queuing was simple, fast and efficient. Staff were super polite. Children had a great day - thank you!
